HCSA has embarked on a three-year Organisation Development Journey (ODJ) from 2020 to 2023, focusing on enhancing people capabilities, improving business processes and building sustainability.
To this end, HCSA is investing in
- Establishing a learning & development framework and the integration of learning & development into other HR systems
- Implementing an upgraded integrated Constituent Relationship Management system and
- Building up various revenue streams through fundraising, marketing & communications and social entrepreneurship through HCSA Academy.
In 2023, HCSA plans to build on the work accomplished through the ODJ, and further refine and develop a 3-year strategy (2024-2026) that would take HCSA to its 30th anniversary in 2026.
