Dorothy graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. She is a Chartered Accountant with ISCA and has almost 50 years’ experience in Finance and General Management in the public and private sector.

Dorothy has worked with Jurong Town Corporation and Sentosa Development Corporation as well as in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and food & beverage (F&B) industries in the private sector, holding leadership positions as the Group Chief Financial Officer for Hagemeyer Group and Cosa Liebermann Group until they closed operations in Singapore, and as the General Manager of Coffee Club Pte Ltd.

Upon retiring, Dorothy joined the social service sector where she has been for the past 15 years where she has been contributing her time, experience and expertise to give back to the community.

Dorothy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of HCSA Community Services.
