Frequently Asked Questions
How secure is my donation and personal data if I donate via the GivePlease terminal?

All donations and funds collected will be processed and settled to HCSA Community Services within the first seven (7) days of the month immediately subsequent to the month in which the donations and funds were collected.

Are there on-boarding fees to set up GivePlease terminals?
No onboarding fee is required for merchants. This is completely zero cost for merchant partners.
