Delene Lee
Board President

Delene Lee serves as Board President of HCSA Community Services and Chair of the Programmes Committee. She has served on the HCSA Board since 2018, and brings more than 20 years of experience spanning technology, regional sales, business development, and channel development across leading global technology companies.

Delene’s professional career covers the full technology stack — from system integration and hardware to software and managed services — giving her a rare end-to-end perspective on how technology can be deployed to solve real-world challenges. She has received many awards and recognitions for consistently achieving business targets, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business problems.

This technology expertise translates directly into her contributions at HCSA. As organisations in the social service sector increasingly embrace digitalisation to extend their reach and deepen their impact, Delene has contributed towards shaping HCSA’s digital transformation agenda. From evaluating technology solutions to aligning digital initiatives with frontline programme needs, she has helped bridge the gap between what technology can offer and what service clients, staff, and volunteers actually need on the ground. Her involvement has been particularly meaningful for HCSA Dayspring and HCSA SPIN, where she has supported the development of people-centred services that are increasingly enabled by digital tools.

Delene graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Actively involved in community service since her undergraduate days, she has been volunteering with various social service agencies and churches serving vulnerable children, orphans, the elderly and disadvantaged communities not just in Singapore but also around the Asian region.

“We live by each other and for each other; alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much.” Helen Keller’s words capture what Delene holds as a deep personal conviction: that no person is an island, and that people are most abundantly fulfilled through community, connection, and care.
