Brandon Phay serves as Board Treasurer of HCSA Community Services and Chair of the Finance & Investment Committee. He has been an active Board member since 2021, having previously served as Board Secretary.

Brandon is a dedicated professional with a strong background in engineering, leadership and community service. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, laying the foundation for a career built on technical expertise, strategic management and operational excellence.

Since 2019, Brandon has served as Global Supplier Quality Director at Flowserve Pte Ltd, where he leads quality assurance initiatives across global supply chains and plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement.

Beyond his professional work, Brandon is committed to community and faith-based service. A long-time member of Community of Praise Baptist Church since 2000, he has served in various ministries and leadership capacities. Most recently, he was part of the Administrative Board as Honorary Treasurer, providing stewardship over church resources and supporting its mission.
