Wall of Giving

Empowering Girls, Women and Families

Across Singapore, teenage girls recovering from trauma and single-parent families are doing their best to heal, provide and stay strong for their children. Many carry invisible wounds from abuse, neglect or overwhelming caregiving pressures.

The Wall of Giving is a fundraising and advocacy campaign by HCSA Community Services that turns every gift — and every message of encouragement — into a powerful, collective wall of hope.

Each donation allows you to share a personalised note that is added to the Wall of Giving. Together, these messages remind girls, women and families that they are seen, valued and not alone.

Who you are supporting

Funds raised through the Wall of Giving support:

  • HCSA Dayspring — journeying with teenage girls recovering from trauma by providing safe shelter, trauma-informed care, therapy and nurturing routines that promote healing and growth.

  • HCSA SPIN — empowering single parents through counselling, respite support, workshops and peer networks, so families can gain strength, stability and hope.

Through your compassion, you also stand with us in advancing gender equality and family resilience, giving girls and women the opportunity to live with dignity, courage and hope.

How the Wall of Giving works

When you give through the Wall of Giving:

  1. Make a donation
Choose a gift amount as an individual, family, group or organisation.

  2. Share a message of encouragement
Write a short note to a teenage girl, a single parent or a family — your words are added to the Wall of Giving as a public or anonymous message.

  3. See your message uplift others
Together with messages from other donors, your words form a visible wall of compassion that beneficiaries, staff and partners can see and draw strength from.

Every contribution — no matter the size — supports the heart work of helping young trauma survivors and single-parent families heal, regain confidence and rebuild brighter futures.
