Bryan has been on sabbatical since 2022.

He is a graduate of the inaugural cohort of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Program, an executive education programme offered by the National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Computing. Bryan also holds an MBA. He currently serves on the HCSA Board of Directors as Assistant Treasurer and chairs the Digital Transformation Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Highpoint Management Committee.

Beyond his professional commitments, Bryan is actively involved in the tech community as a co-opted member of the Tech Talent Assembly (TTAB), an association under the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) dedicated to supporting tech talents in Singapore. He leads the Tech Leadership Chapter within TTAB.

Bryan and his family have been members of Community of Praise Baptist Church (CPBC) since 2011. Over the years, he has served in various leadership roles at the church, including Mission Committee Chairman, Elder, Management Committee Member, and as part of the worship ministry.
