Bryan Benjamin Leong serves as Board Secretary of HCSA Community Services.

Bryan is the founder of CXO Consulting, a firm that connects SMEs, startups and non-profit organisations with experienced fractional C-suite leaders to accelerate growth, strengthen governance and drive sustainable transformation. Through CXO Consulting, Bryan supports organisations in clarifying their technology priorities, building practical digital transformation roadmaps, and accessing multi-disciplinary expertise across technology, AI, cybersecurity, operations and governance.

Bryan is a graduate of the inaugural cohort of the Chief Technology Officer Programme, an executive education programme offered by the National University of Singapore School of Computing. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland.

Beyond his professional commitments, Bryan is actively involved in Singapore’s technology community. He is an executive committee member of Tech Talent Assembly (TTAB), a professional association under the National Trade Union Congress dedicated to supporting tech talents in Singapore, and leads its Tech Leadership Chapter.

Bryan and his family have been members of Community of Praise Baptist Church since 2011. Over the years, he has served in various leadership roles at the church, including Mission Committee Chairman, Elder, Management Committee Member, and as part of the worship ministry. Bryan also sits on the board of trustees.
