Cheryl Lim-Tan
Board Member

Cheryl Lim-Tan serves as a Board Member of HCSA Community Services.

Cheryl is a spatial architect, programme leader, and social impact practitioner passionate about creating environments where people and organisations can thrive. Her career spans multidisciplinary architectural practice, real estate development, workplace transformation, and philanthropic initiatives across the Asia Pacific and North America regions. She has led projects with international multinational organisations and brings extensive experience in helping enterprises rethink, reinvent, and reposition themselves for a more agile and future-ready world.

Most recently, Cheryl served in a gifting ministry supporting a portfolio of faith-based and missional partners. She was instrumental in building the organisation’s faith-based gifting initiative, establishing grant-making, fund stewardship, and impact evaluation frameworks to maximise community impact and advance meaningful social outcomes. Grounded in her Christian faith, Cheryl is deeply passionate about partnering with ministries and organisations that seek to bring redemptive grace, hope and transformation to individuals and communities.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the National University of Singapore.

Beyond her professional work, Cheryl has co-founded socio-entrepreneurial ventures, including a community woodcraft initiative supporting sustainable forestry in Central Java, Indonesia, and a missional F&B enterprise in Singapore focused on empowering disadvantaged individuals. She is committed to living out her faith through service, stewardship, and creating opportunities for people and communities to flourish.
