Delene is an experienced and capable IT professional with more than 20 years’ experience in regional sales, business development and channel development in various business units of well-known global IT market leaders, ranging from system integration, hardware, software to services sales. She has won numerous awards and recognition from these companies for achieving targets, displaying excellent teamwork and providing innovative solutions to business problems.

Delene has been serving on the HCSA Board since 2018, and is currently serving as the Secretary. She has also been serving in Dayspring Management Committee from 2017, ensuring that HCSA Dayspring, and later HCSA SPIN, provide high quality services to their beneficiaries. Delene has also provided valuable guidance for HCSA’s technology projects and digital transformation.

She is a graduate from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor in Business Administration, and believing that no woman (or man) is an island, has been actively involved in community service and voluntary work since her undergraduate days.
