Board of Directors
Dominique has been on the HCSA Community Services (HCSA) Board of Directors since 2007, and currently serves as the President. She served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member from 2016 to January 2019.
Dominique received her early training in Hospitality Management. She has worked in hotels in Hawaii and Singapore since graduating from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. She also has over 20 years’ experience as a realtor specialising in the sale and rental of private properties in Singapore.
She is a founding member of Dayspring, which began as the at-risk women and children’s arm of HCSA. As Chair of Dayspring Management Committee and SPIN Management Committee, Dominique has effectively provided strategic direction and support to the staff and has been active in raising funds for young trauma survivors and single-parent families. Dominique is also Chair of the Philanthropy & Volunteerism Committee, where she oversees strategic fundraising and volunteer management.
Dominique was also instrumental in conceptualising and developing HCSA Academy in 2018. HCSA Academy is the first WSQ-certified culinary programme in the social sector whereby its mission is to level the playing field for at-risk individuals by equipping them with professional F&B skills and experience in working in professional kitchens.
Dominique also sits on the Board of Hagar Singapore, an international Non-Profit Organisation with the mission to restore to wholeness the lives of women and child victims of trafficking, domestic violence and exploitation.
Apart from HCSA Community Services and Hagar Singapore, Dominique also sits on NCSS Sector Capability and Transformation Group Committee as well as Community Chest SHARE Committee.
She is passionate about cooking and has obtained the prestigious DiplĂ´me de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2023.
