Dominique Choy serves as Board Advisor of HCSA Community Services, having served on the HCSA Board from 2007 to 2026, including as Board President. She also served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member from 2016 to January 2019.

Dominique received her early training in Hospitality Management and graduated from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. She began her career in the hospitality industry, working in hotels in Hawaii and Singapore, before building more than 20 years of experience as a realtor specialising in the sale and rental of private properties in Singapore. 

A founding member of HCSA Dayspring, Dominique has played a significant role in strengthening HCSA’s care for young trauma survivors and single-parent families. She previously chaired the Dayspring Management Committee and SPIN Management Committee, providing strategic direction and support to staff. She also chaired the Philanthropy & Volunteerism Committee, overseeing strategic fundraising and volunteer management.

Dominique was instrumental in conceptualising and developing HCSA Academy in 2018, supporting its mission to equip at-risk individuals with professional F&B skills and experience in working kitchens. Passionate about cooking, she obtained the Diplôme de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2023.

Grateful for God’s grace and love, Dominique seeks to reflect His heart for widows, orphans, and the vulnerable through compassionate service and faithful stewardship. She is a member of Grace Community Church and serves as leader of ELLCO Women’s Ministry, encouraging women in their faith and service to others.
