Harry Loh serves as a Board Member of HCSA Community Services. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, and holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School, majoring in Finance and Strategic Studies.

Harry has held key finance and management positions in multinational corporations across Singapore, Vietnam and London, including Singapore Telecoms, Mobile Telephone Centre and Singapore Technologies, following an initial stint at Price Waterhouse. He also successfully set up and managed Innovare Group, which provided human resources management services.

Harry’s commitment to governance and service extends across both social service and faith-based communities. He serves as Board Chairman and Founder of BridgeLife, where he is focused on mentoring others and supporting the underprivileged. He also served as an elder at Community of Praise Baptist Church, contributing to the church’s leadership and stewardship.

In 2022, Harry exited the business world to focus more intentionally on paying it forward. Having experienced what he describes as unmerited blessings throughout life, he sees BridgeLife as a platform to offer others “another opportunity in life” — especially for those who may lack family support, social acceptance, stable shelter or daily provision.

At HCSA, Harry brings deep experience in finance, governance, organisational leadership and compassionate service, supporting the Board’s stewardship of HCSA’s mission to give a future and a hope to vulnerable individuals and families.
