Lynn Hermijanto
Board Member

Lynn Hermijanto serves as a Board Member of HCSA Community Services.

Lynn is Founder and Principal of TH3 Capital, a Singapore-based single-family investment office focused on the long-term stewardship of capital across public and private markets. A veteran banker with more than two decades of experience at Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and JPMorgan, she has advised Asia’s leading entrepreneurs, families and institutions on investment strategy, financing and complex cross-border transactions.

For Lynn, the deeper question has always been what capital, influence and relationships can make possible — and for whom. Her philanthropic work is rooted in a simple but profound belief: that every woman deserves the structures, support and freedom to determine the course of her own life.

In 2016, Lynn founded the Mustard Seed Foundation to advance resilience, dignity and long-term flourishing for vulnerable women and young people in Singapore, working through cross-sector coalitions that span philanthropy, business, government and the social sector.

This work gave rise to two landmark initiatives. The Talia Collective supports young women with lived experience of abuse and trauma as they navigate the transition into adulthood. Kita Bisa Collective, which Lynn founded and chairs, is Singapore’s first co-savings initiative of its kind, bringing together philanthropy, financial institutions and social service agencies to help women build lasting financial resilience and move from vulnerability to self-determination.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and pursued further studies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
