Board of Directors
Paul Loo serves as a Board Member of HCSA Community Services and Chair of the Nomination Committee.
Paul is an experienced regional search professional with broad experience across Asia Pacific. With his regional network, as a multipreneur, a connector, he currently serves as a full-time Regional Portfolio Executive, collaborating with various platforms in Singapore and regionally:
- Connecting Business to Business, in the area of Investments, M&As & Business introductions
- Connecting Business to Talents in the area of Executive Search, including Team moves and Advisory board formation.
Across his career, Paul has built and managed diverse teams, with start-up experience in both Singapore and China. Known as a culture builder, he brings strong leadership, management and business development experience to his work with founders, companies and non-profit organisations. He is also a Founding Member and Strategic Advisor of Advisors Collective, and Co-Founder of The Bloomtime Project, a non-profit organisation that supports people of potential to realise their dreams in social enterprise and pay kindness forward to future generations.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, with majors in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Business Law. He is also a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and has completed the Certified Chairâ„¢ Executive Program with the Advisory Board Centre.
Beyond his professional work, Paul is committed to creating positive social impact. He serves as Singapore Partner of the G100 Denim Club under the Humanity, Technology & Innovation Wing, supporting efforts to bring communities together around actionable initiatives in humanity, technology and innovation. At HCSA, Paul brings experience in leadership, networks, talent, governance and purposeful enterprise-building.
