Tony is the immediate past President of HCSA Community Services (HCSA) Board of Directors. Tony joined the HCSA Board in 2016 and served as President from 2019 to 2022.

Tony has always known that he wanted to be an architect, and if given a second chance, he would still love to be an architect without hesitation.

His passion for architecture spans the globe, with projects throughout Asia and Europe. Throughout more than 30 years of international experience specialising in project management and master planning, Tony has been involved in and managed project and design teams on prestigious, luxury resort projects, including The Venetian in Macau, and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. He is an expert project manager, balancing quality with costs, while ensuring timely project delivery.

Tony has also served on the board of St. Andrews Home for the Aged as Chairman for eight years. He has since stepped down but remains active as a volunteer.
