Vincent has volunteered with HCSA since 2002 and has been involved in many of its fundraising and community service activities. He served as the Board President of HCSA Community Services (HCSA) from 2013 to 2019.

In his young adult days, Vincent was an active volunteer in community services related activities, mainly in Teck Ghee Constituency / Ang Mo Kio GRC.  

In his career spanning more than 25 years, he has worked in general management, business development and sales positions in Fortune 500 companies like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft and Cisco Systems, including several years’ working stints in China and Japan. He founded and ran a Dot Com company in the late ’90s / early 2000s. 

Vincent has a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore and a Master in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Leicester. He is married to Faith and they have three sons and a daughter. He enjoys travelling and scouting for the best eating joints.
