Vincent Lim serves as Board Advisor of HCSA Community Services. He has volunteered with HCSA since 2002 and has been involved in many of its fundraising and community service activities. He served as Board President from 2013 to 2019 and continues to support HCSA in an advisory capacity. Vincent has also served as a Board member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) since 2022.

Over the course of more than 25 years, Vincent has held senior regional management roles in Global IT MNCs including IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, HPE and Siemens, with mulit-year working stints in China and Japan. He has also founded and managed several high tech start-ups.

Vincent is currently the CEO of ESG-MD Ventures, whose purpose is to steward Sustainable Ventures of Good. The firm collaborates with funders, to together invest in and partner with promising technology solution providers with South-East Asian origins, supporting them in their growth & expansion into global markets.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore and a Master in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Leicester.

He has been happily married to Faith Tan since 1994, and they have four adult children. Vincent worships at New Creation Church and serves as a Care Group Leader.
