Wong U-Yun serves as Assistant Board Treasurer of HCSA Community Services.

U-Yun is the founder and Managing Director of Adon Advisors Pte Ltd, a boutique M&A and financial advisory firm focused on the Asia Pacific region. He brings more than 25 years of experience across management consulting, investment management and finance, with the last 20 years spent in senior management and regional leadership roles spanning profit-and-loss responsibilities, people management, operational restructuring, corporate finance and business development.

U-Yun’s recent professional roles include serving as Partner and Head of Asia Pacific for Private Equity advisory at a global Geneva-headquartered management consulting firm, and prior to that, as Partner at a regional Japan-listed management consulting and principal investment firm. Having lived and worked in Australia, Thailand and Hong Kong, and now based in Singapore, he brings to HCSA a strong regional perspective, financial stewardship and strategic value creation experience.

U-Yun holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in the United States, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia.

Beyond his professional work, U-Yun actively mentors founders, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders across the region. He served as a Board Member of Big Heroes; and volunteers as a business mentor with Endeavor Malaysia and Salto Network, startup mentor with LIFT99, and mentor with Young Founders Summit, Chicago Booth Mentors and Halogen Foundation Singapore.

He worships at New Creation Church and continues to follow God’s calling in 2001 to serve as a Marketplace Minister. U-Yun is also a proud father of two children, Lucas and Leanna. Guided by his faith, he hopes they will grow to serve God’s people and fulfil His calling in their lives.
