Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management (Highest Honours) from the Florida Institute of Technology and brings with him over two decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the business world.

In 2016, following a season of sifting and renewal — much like what Jesus described in Luke 22:31–32 — Andrew answered God’s call to serve in the non-profit sector. He began as Executive Director of Prison Fellowship Singapore, where he led strategic transformation and deepened partnerships across the community. In 2020, he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Anglican Preschool Services (APS), overseeing the consolidation of all Anglican preschools under one organisation and strengthening APS’s identity as a leading Christian preschool operator in Singapore.

Andrew came to know Christ while studying at St Andrew’s Junior College and has since been actively serving in the Anglican Church, both at the parish level and within the Synod. His commitment to faith and service extends to various community roles, including volunteering with the Mission to Seafarers, the School Management Committee of Christ Church Secondary School, and Prison Fellowship Singapore.

For Andrew, leadership is an expression of stewardship and service. He is passionate about nurturing people, strengthening organisations and transforming communities. As the incoming CEO of HCSA Community Services, Andrew looks forward to leading the team in advancing its mission — empowering the vulnerable to find purpose for a more abundant life.
