Priscilla Ghandi is an accomplished Human Resource leader with more than 20 years of experience in strategic people management and organisational excellence across the education, healthcare and social service sectors.

Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from Victoria University. Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership roles including Human Resource Director and Head of Department, Human Resource, leading HR strategy, organisational transformation and stakeholder partnerships to drive business outcomes.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to people development, Priscilla has led initiatives in talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and change management.
