Samantha graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Social Work from the National University of Singapore, and further earned her Master of Human Capital Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences. 

Over the course of her time with HCSA, she has contributed to developing and establishing people practices and processes from nascence, transitioning the HR function from transactional and administrative to one that plays a strategic role in organisation development and transformation. She has recently taken on the Digital Transformation scope as well.  

Formerly a trained Social Worker with experience in a residential setting, she is passionate about enabling social service agencies and non-profit organisations to develop its’ capacity and capability for greater impact on the marginalized and underprivileged served. She is constantly seeking ways to grow both as an individual participant in the systems of which she is a part and as an organisation. 

Samantha enjoys quiet weekend mornings with a book, long walks and hotpot.
