Clarence Lee
Director, Partnerships and Strategic Communications

Clarence is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in private banking, fundraising, and business development. At HCSA Community Services, he leads the organisation’s strategic communications and partnership efforts, driving philanthropic growth and stakeholder engagement.

Clarence began his career in banking, holding senior roles at Citibank, ANZ, and OCBC, where he managed ultra high-net-worth portfolios and delivered bespoke financial solutions. His proven track record in investment advisory and capital raising laid the foundation for his transition into entrepreneurship, where he went on to co-found and manage several fitness and wellness businesses. In these ventures, Clarence played a key leadership role in strategic planning, financial operations, and business expansion.

Drawing from both corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Clarence now channels his expertise into advancing impact on social causes — particularly in second chances and a shared future for all — by forging private-public-philanthropic partnerships for the benefit of our community.

He holds a B.A. (1st Class Honours) in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from Switzerland, along with certifications in adult education and financial advisory.
