๐ฝ๏ธ Simulated Dining Event โ A Taste of Excellence! ๐จโ๐ณ๐ฉโ๐ณ
Recently, our April 2025 batch of HCSA Academy students put their culinary training to the test with a special session simulating a fast-paced kitchen environment where they have to cook and serve under time constraint, while patrons eagerly await their meals. This session, aptly named Simulated Dining Event, saw them preparing and serving a beautifully timed 3-course meal โ and they absolutely nailed it! From prep to plating, each course was served fresh, on time, and full of flavour.

๐ Seabass ร la Nage with roasted cauliflower, confit shimeji, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass broth, and smoked paprika oil
๐ฎ Chendol Coconut Panna Cotta with azuki bean and gula melaka sauce
Thatโs right, the food tasted as good as the menu sounds. Every bite was a delight โ so much so that the first few minutes of each course were met with silence as guests savoured the flavours. Thatโs the mark of a job well done! ๐
