HCSA Community Services was honoured to be part of the Third Training on the United Nations Standards and Norms on the Treatment of Prisoners for senior correctional staff in Thailand.
Our very own Shawn Lim (Head of HCSA Highpoint) and Sony Haq (Head of HCSA Academy) were invited to present on Post-release support and reducing reoffending, sharing valuable insights on how HCSA helps former inmates reintegrate sustainably into society.
