International Men’s Day (19 November) recognises and celebrates the contributions of men to their family and community.
It’s an opportunity for us to challenge stereotypes and highlight the discrimination against men as well as the importance of men’s health and well-being.
Thus, we celebrate stories such as Fozy’s. “When I can share my problems with my peers who understand me, I feel good,” he says.
He shares his journey about how familial and community support helped him overcome the obstacles he faced in his recovery journey and achieve a more positive outlook.
