Data Privacy Protection

HCSA’s Commitment to Your Privacy

The Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) establishes a data protection law comprising rules to govern the collection, use, disclosure and care of personal data. It recognises both the rights of individuals to protect their personal data, including rights of access and correction, and the needs of organisations to collect, use or disclose personal data for legitimate and reasonable purposes.

Our internal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) sets out the basis upon which HCSA Community Services (“HCSA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of employees and job applicants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). This Policy applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes.
