To celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Day this year, we embarked on a ‘kindness initiative’ in the HCSA office.

As a start, we set up simple station with kindness notes and pens. Staff were then encouraged to perform “random acts of kindness” for each other by anonymously leaving little gifts on colleagues’ desks along with a ‘kindness note’ we prepared. 

These ‘kindness notes’ encouraged recipients to pass on the act of kindness to another co-worker!
