Please refer to our catalogue (hot link to categories) for donations that we accept and ensure that items are in good working condition/not expired before donating.
We will decline enquiries and offers of items that are not listed in our catalogue. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Please allow us a grace period of up to 7 working days to respond.
Once we have established with our programme teams of the need for your donation items, we will arrange an appointment date and time (along with the addresses of our respective centres) whereby you will be directed to send the items too.
Appointments must be made prior to dropping items off, as there may not be personnel to receive your donation items should an appointment not be made.
Unfortunately, due to manpower constraints, we do not provide pick-up service for donation items. As such, donors would need to arrange delivery of donation items on their own (with agreed-upon appointment date and time). We seek your kind understanding on this.
Unless requested, HCSA will not provide an official letter of acknowledgement for donated items or services. Please reach out to givehope@hcsa.org.sg should you require this.
