Francis has served on the Board of HCSA Community Services (HCSA) since 2021. Francis is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 15 years of corporate finance experience, having completed numerous M&A, IPO and advisory transactions. He is currently a director of a business advisory firm and an advisor to COPE Private Equity in Malaysia. He is also on the board of directors of a Singapore company listed on SGX.

Prior to this, Francis was the Director and Head of Corporate Finance and Transaction Execution at the Singapore investment banking arm of a regional banking group. He is a chartered financial analyst with the CFA Institute and a member of CPA Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia.
