Lynn Hermijanto is principal and founder of TH3 Capital, a single-family office based in Singapore. Lynn is also currently a Managing Director with Deutsche Bank AG. In this capacity, Lynn leads the firm’s efforts to execute one-bank solutions to some of the most influential families in South-East Asia. Drawing on the complete resources of the Bank, Lynn assists clients to execute specialised advisory assignments in areas such as cross-border acquisitions, structured finance and strategic investments. She sees each person as precious resource of great potential and is also an active advocate for gender diversity. Lynn served as Chair to dbWoman for two terms in Singapore. 

Lynn joined Deutsche Bank in 2007, after four years in Citigroup Private Bank as an Executive Director. Prior to that, she was an investment banker with JP Morgan focusing on corporate finance and M&A advisory. Lynn started her career in public service as a trade policy negotiator for Singapore with the government agency Economic Development Board (EDB).

Lynn holds a BSc in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis where she graduated magna cum laude. She later pursued an Executive Program with the Graduate Business School of Stanford University. 

Lynn believes that with every possession comes a duty and is passionate about directing capital towards good and igniting hope in places of need. After observing a lack of support for women suffering from physical and emotional trauma in Singapore, Lynn founded Mustard Seed Foundation (MSF) in 2017, a private charitable fund to support women and youths affected by domestic and sexual violence. MSF also underwrites scholarships and bursary programs for females requiring financial aid at local tertiary institutions. Lynn loves to travel and, even after shattering all her left knee ligaments in Telluride, remains an avid skier and endorphin junkie.
