Rachel Ooi is a missionary dedicated to the promotion of humanising systemic change in Business-to-Society (B2S) setups through public-private partnerships that prioritise impact on people, planet, and profit (3Ps). Her focus is on purposeful leadership transformation that works towards a circular innovation that benefits society.

As the Founder of Antioch Streams, Rachel is passionate about the formation of fellow ‘good stewards’ to collectively create a shared ‘Ecosystem of Good’ platform. Her goal in establishing such a platform is to encourage the development of purpose-driven organisations (PDOs) that will combat greenwashing and purpose-washing. She envisions the creation of a ‘Smart Society of Good’ through such collaboration.

Before her current role, Rachel gained 27 years of corporate leadership experience with notable success. She held positions such as APAC Chief Growth Officer at Dentsu, CMO at WPP, MD at Accenture, GM at GE Digital, and served as a global-regional growth leader for companies like Ericsson, NXP, Syngenta, and Deloitte. She earned recognition for her academic excellence in 1999 for her International MBA from the University of South Australia. Rachel was also honoured by Dentsu Group under their Global Women Leadership on Sustainability award, and received a Sustainability Leadership Certification from Cambridge University in 2022.

Additionally, Rachel is an Adjunct Associate Professor at NTU’s Nanyang Business School, focusing on 3Ps-ESG. She also serves as an Emeritus CEO Success Coach for SMU’s CEO Programme, specialising in systemic change. With credentials as a Certified Chair Board Advisory and International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she’s on her way to achieving an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) pathway. Rachel’s insights have been featured in numerous Forbes Council thought leadership publications, particularly in areas of leadership, digital, and sustainability, where she was a former global council member.
